The hotel was in a great and perfect location near to city centre, the river in the morning, and shops. It also was on the outskirts of the CBD.

The staff is caring, the breakfast hot, the location is perfect not far from the Wimmera river walking /bike riding trails, an excellent Chinese restaurant and Horsham for a funeral. The double room is new-fashioned and has multi-channel television, ironing facilities, and a radio. The cost is $ 173. The service is very good, includes convenient parking.
The bathrooms are very old.

There was a jug of cold water waiting in the fridge like a loyal butler ready to serve! It was a refreshing welcome akin to finding a hidden treasure in a very dry desert. the room smelled fresh and clean, making every moment feel like an indulgent spa day without the hefty price tag.
Old AC/heater slightly noisy.

The hotel is definitely value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, with complimentary biscuits and the ability to drop the key in a lock box for an early getaway. The staff is friendly and the rooms are large, clean, and have comfortable beds.
All was great, no issues to report.

The location of this motel is perfect for anyone looking to explore the surrounding area. We loved being close to the walking/biking trails which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful scenery. the continental breakfast was a great perk and the fridge in the room was very convenient for keeping drinks and snacks cold. the room was quite clean and tidy.
The shower was a big disappointment. It didn't regulate the temperature well, making it difficult to enjoy a comfortable shower.
